Organization required Professional with required qualification for their CBBO project.

Qualification: MBA or Equivalent from recognized university/Institute in Agribusiness/ Agri Marketing / Value chain Development including Post Harvest Management and Working with FPOs/ LFGs etc.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of Experience

Salary: 25000/ Month Plus TA and DA as per Organization Norms

Period Of Engagement: 3 Years.

Scope of Work:
1. Value Chain Analysis & Development
Conduct end-to-end mapping of agricultural value chains (input supply ? production ? aggregation ? processing ? marketing).
Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for value addition.
Design interventions to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance farmer income.
Facilitate linkages among farmers, FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations), processors, and buyers.

2. Agribusiness Development
Support development of agribusiness enterprises (FPOs, SMEs, startups).
Prepare business plans, DPRs (Detailed Project Reports), and financial models.
Assist in accessing credit, subsidies, and government schemes.
Promote entrepreneurship in agri-allied sectors (dairy, fisheries, horticulture, etc

3. Agri-Marketing & Market Linkages
Analyze domestic and export market trends, pricing, and demand.
Develop market strategies for agricultural commodities and processed products.
Establish forward and backward market linkages (mandis, retail chains, exporters, e-commerce).
Promote branding, packaging, and certification (organic, GI, etc.).
Facilitate digital marketing and e-NAM participation.

4. Post-Harvest Management
Assess post-harvest losses and recommend mitigation strategies.
Design and promote post-harvest infrastructure (warehouses, cold storage, packhouses).
Introduce grading, sorting, packaging, and quality control systems.
Promote scientific storage, handling, and transportation practices.
Support adoption of technologies like cold chain logistics and processing units.

5. Capacity Building & Training
Conduct training programs for farmers, FPOs, and agri-entrepreneurs.
Develop training modules on agribusiness management, marketing, and post-harvest practices.
Strengthen institutional capacity of FPOs and cooperatives.
Facilitate exposure visits and knowledge-sharing workshops.
