Child in Need Institute (CINI), a leading national level professionally managed NGO in India with 52 years track record since 1974. It is committed to ‘sustainable development in health, nutrition, education and protection of child, adolescent and woman in need’. Presently the institution reaches to 5 million marginalized rural and urban populations in West Bengal, Jharkhand, and other Indian states/Union territories.
CINI has been assigned as Kshamta Kendra for the training of the core TI, BP TI and LWS staffs for the state of West Bengal and Tripura under NACO programme.

Location : CINI Training Unit, Amgachia, Pailan
No. of vacancy : 1 (One)

Age group : Up to 40 Years

Essential Qualifications. :

• Graduate with 2 years of relevant experience or 1 year of training experience in TI and HIV programme,
• Possess good communication and documentation skill.
• Ability to work hard and meet stringent deadlines,
• Willing to travel extensively at a short notice.

Languages known : English, Bengali and Hindi language skills.

Job Responsibilities :

? Organizing training programs-fixing date, venue, RPs in consultation with state SACS/TSU.
? Communication/liaison with state SACs/TSU for organizing training and data validations.
? Communication with master trainers.
? Communication and follow up with NGOs/CBOs and trainees.
? Training hall arrangement and others logistics.
? Others as per requirement.

Cost to Company : 30,000/- per month.
