?? The Role: Facilitator & Counselor
You will:
?? Facilitate Foundation Courses for youth
?? Conduct basic assessments (aptitude, personality, interests)
?? Provide 1:1 career guidance
?? Mentor and support students through their journey

?? Who Should Apply?
Graduate/Postgraduate (Psychology, Counseling, or related fields preferred)
1–2 years of experience in facilitation/counseling
Strong communication (local language + Hindi/English)
Passion for youth development and community impact
