Foundation for Child Protection-Muskaan is an NGO working to prevent Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) and help survivors since the year 2000. We focus not only on children, but on all involved stakeholders, viz. teachers, police, lawyers and child protection agencies. We also work with children staying in Child Care Institutions (CCIs) in need of care and protection as well as children in conflict with the law (CICL) at Observation Homes to expedite the process of rehabilitation and restoration of their lost childhood.

Position:
Foundation for Child Protection – Muskaan is looking for a Full-Time Lawyer to handle cases of Child Sexual Abuse (CSA).

Role & Responsibilities:
• Legal Case Management.
• Victim Support.
In addition to court visits, police station visits, and home visits.
• Awareness & Training.
• Advocacy & Coordination.
• Reporting & Documentation.

Qualifications and Other Requirements:
? LLB (Enrolment with Bar Council is mandatory).
? 2–3 years of experience in criminal law or child rights.
? Strong knowledge of the POCSO Act, Juvenile Justice Act, and related laws.
? Experience of working with children is preferred.
? Excellent drafting, communication, and presentation skills.
? Ability to conduct trainings and speak confidently in public forums.
? Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English.

? Passionate about preventing child sexual abuse and committed to upholding the best interests of children.
? Willingness to work late hours.
? A personal vehicle and a valid driving license will be considered an added advantage.

Working Hours:
• Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Alternate Saturdays off after completion of the probation period.

Compensation: Depending on the experience.
