Job Purpose: The Accountant will support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting. The role ensures proper documentation, compliance with financial policies, and timely completion of accounting tasks to support smooth financial operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update accounting records, vouchers, and financial documents.
• Assist in data entry of financial transactions in accounting software or Excel.
• Prepare and maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger records.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and expenditure reports as per organisation formats.
• Assist in bank reconciliation statements and monitor bank transactions.
• Support preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records and invoices.
• Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring.
• Support statutory compliance documentation (P.Tax, TDS, etc.).
• Coordinate with team members for bill verification and payment processing.
• Provide support during internal and external audits.

Required Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com), Accounting and Finance.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software (such as Tally or similar).
• Knowledge of P.Tax, TDS, IT and basic statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
• Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting practices.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
