Job Summary
The Cluster Coordinator will oversee the implementation of MelJol’s programs across multiple centres within a designated location. The role involves supporting Facilitators, ensuring smooth functioning of centres, monitoring program quality, and coordinating with schools and community stakeholders. The Cluster Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure effective and consistent program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee program implementation across multiple centres within the assigned cluster.
• Support and guide Facilitators in planning and conducting sessions, activities and community engagement efforts.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all centres in the cluster.
• Monitor program quality and ensure adherence to MelJol’s processes and standards.
• Conduct regular field visits to centres to review activities and provide feedback to Facilitators.
• Support mobilisation of children, youth, and community members across centres.
• Coordinate with schools, community stakeholders, and local partners for effective program implementation.
• Review program data, reports, and documentation submitted by Facilitators for accuracy and completeness
• Identify challenges in implementation and support Facilitators in resolving them.
• Assist in planning and organising trainings, workshops, and program-related events.
• Track basic project expenses and support budget utilisation monitoring in coordination with the Reporting Manager.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager on project planning, implementation, and review of activities.
• Support donor visits and program reviews in coordination with team.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance organisational resources and assets across centres.
Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate in any discipline (Education, Social Work or related field preferred).
• 3-6 years of experience in community work, facilitation, or program implementation
• Experience in managing or supporting multiple program locations will be an advantage.

Salary: 2,40,000 to 3,40,000 P.A
