The organization works closely with urban poor communities, girl and women’s groups, Youth groups , local institutions and government stakeholders to design and implement community-centric, growth based interventions. JF India has extensive experience in women and girls empowerment , youth development , skill development and livelihood promotion and capacity building. JF India has successfully partnered with corporate CSR programs, government schemes and technical institutions to deliver scalable and measurable impact at the grassroots level.

Job Description :
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning , implementation, monitoring and documentation of project activities at the field level. The role will ensure quality execution, community engagement, data reporting and coordination with stakeholders in line with project objectives and donor requirements.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead project planning and implementation of girl and women empowerment .
2. Provide on-site practical guidance to girls and women with project team.
3. Monitor field-level progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
4. Ensure digital reporting, data accuracy and compliance with project frameworks.
5. Develop and strengthen community institutions such as CBOs, girls and women Groups.
6. Coordinate and liaise with funding agencies, government departments, technical experts and community stakeholders.
7. Explore convergence opportunities with government schemes, CSR partners and other relevant institutions.
8. Prepare and submit high-quality progress reports, case studies, success stories and project documentation.
9. Promote innovative and scalable solutions for sustainable urban livelihoods.
10. Spend significant time in the field supporting implementation and capacity building.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualification :
Education:
• Post-graduate/graduate in Social Work / Sociology or allied development fields.
• Preference will be given to candidates with specialization or experience in girls and women empowerment ,youth development , life and technical skill development , community development / urban livelihood projects.

Skills & Competencies Required:
• Strong practical expertise in girls and women empowerment , gender equality and violence against women with protection practices.
• Experience in urban livelihood promotion and management.
• Project financial management and budgeting capability.
• Strong leadership, team coordination and multi-stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to represent the project professionally during donor visits and external engagements.
• Proficiency in digital reporting platforms, MIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent documentation, communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to innovate, problem-solve and support scalable development models.

Experience:
• Minimum 03 years of relevant professional experience in planning, implementing and managing Integrated Urban Development and Livelihoods programs, preferably with community-based approaches.
