Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
• Psychology
• Child Development
• Counseling / Clinical Psychology
• Preferably trained in child counselling and trauma care
Experience working with:
• Vulnerable children (orphans, abused, neglected)
• Institutional or community child care settings
• Knowledge of:
• Child protection laws (JJ Act, POCSO Act)
• Case management and documentation
Key Skills Required
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Empathy and patience
• Ability to build trust with children
• Crisis intervention and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of child psychology and behaviour
• Ability to handle sensitive and traumatic case
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide individual and group counselling
• Support children with:
• Emotional issues
• Trauma and abuse recovery
• Behavioural challenges
• Prepare care plans for each child
• Maintain confidential case records
• Work with staff, caregivers, and families for child reintegration
• Assist in rehabilitation and follow-up

• Ability to work in a team
• Commitment to child rights and protection

Remuneration: Rs. 17,000 (Gross)
