Duties and Responsibilities	Ensure effective implementation of project activities in alignment with defined objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate day-to-day project operations under the guidance of the reporting manager to ensure smooth execution of field-level interventions. Develop detailed monthly action plans and track progress against planned activities. Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports, including activity reports, monthly and quarterly progress reports, and case studies documenting project impact. Support the design, development, and dissemination of IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) materials and other relevant resource materials. Assist in planning and organizing community-based activities, including awareness sessions, trainings, and outreach initiatives. Maintain updated knowledge of relevant government schemes, social protection measures, and livelihood programs applicable to target communities. Facilitate access to welfare schemes and entitlements for community members, including support with documentation and application processes. Maintain and regularly update beneficiary databases; support data analysis and reporting for monitoring, evaluation, and MIS purposes. Support the organization and delivery of capacity-building initiatives and training programs related to livelihoods, disaster preparedness, and entitlements. Liaise and coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate access to services, registrations, and relief measures.
Travel	As per role requirements.
Skills and Competencies	Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Agriculture, Food Technology, or related field. 2-3 years of field experience in livelihood development programs, preferably in rural/tribal areas. Understanding of sustainable agriculture, food processing, or enterprise development. Experience in working with women's groups and marginalised communities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of traditional crafts, organic farming or food processing techniques preferred. Residing in or being familiar with local communities in Wayanad is an advantage.
Consultancy fee	Consultancy fee Rs. 45,475 per month (including TDS).
