Job Location /no. of positions	Wayanad / Three
Nature of Employment	11 months consultancy, extendable based on project requirements and incumbent’s performance

Duties and Responsibilities	Facilitate the organisation of tribal households, Dalits, women-headed families, and informal workers to access and claim their government entitlements. Identify and select beneficiaries for various livelihood interventions. Support the implementation of community enterprises at the grassroots level. Facilitate training programs and capacity-building sessions. Promote climate-adaptive practices and sustainable technologies. Maintain field documentation and progress reports. Coordinatewith local government and community institutions.
Travel	As per role requirements.
Skills and Competencies	Bachelor’s degree in social work, Rural Development, or related field 2 years of community mobilisation experience, preferably in tribal/disaster-affected areas Excellent Malayalam communication; basic English proficiency Own transportation for field visits; familiarity with Wayanad preferred
Consultancy fee	Consultancy fee Rs. 26,750 per month (including TDS).
