Indicative Remuneration Structure (in lacs per annum)

Senior Research Associate	3 – 7 years	9.50 LPA – 15 LPA
Junior Research Fellow	7 – 12 years	14.50 LPA – 23.50 LPA
Research Fellow	10 years +	22.50 LPA – 25 LPA

Note: Applications with less than 3 years of full-time experience will not be considered. The remuneration range is indicative, and the organisation has discretion over the final offer.
