Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance
• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally
• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Prepare and monitor income and expenditure statements
• Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
• Process vendor payments and maintain vendor records
• Manage petty cash and related documentation
• Assist in preparation of financial reports and audits

Payroll & Compliance
• Prepare salary statements and support payroll processing
• Maintain employee leave records
• Ensure statutory compliance and proper documentation
• Administration Support
• Provide basic administrative support to the team
• Maintain financial and administrative documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred
Experience working with NGOs or development sector organizations
