Job Description: Regional / Cluster Head
Title / Position :Regional / Cluster Head
Locations: Hyderabad, Cuddalore
Salary - 35,000 to 40,000
Reporting To : Director - operations
Team Size to handle : Team of maximum 10 members
Qualification : Should be a Postgraduate in any discipline - preferably in management
Preference & Age Limit : No preference on gender ; however age should be above 30 & below 40 years
Experience
• Should have 10 years of experience in the field of financing MSMEs
• Should have led a sizable team for at least 5 years
Minimum skills required – Should possess
• Good Communication ( verbal & written )
• Good Interpersonal & Co-ordination skill
• Good Analytical & Problem solving ability
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office Application software
• Good Project management skill
• Mentoring & Coaching skill
• Professional ethical standards to deliver
Other essential skills
• Proven track record of managing large teams ( handled managers who lead teams)
• Ability to make public presentations effectively
• Ability to adopt & explore strategies
• Be experimental & demonstrate flexibility
• Focused approach on target led deliverables / Result oriented
• Should have an experience in People Management
• Must possess Digital Skills such as MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook, etc), Google mails and knowledge of Collaborative Video tools such as Skype, Google Meet, etc)
Job Responsibilities
• To incubate Chapters / clusters. Manage all chapters in the cluster
• Set targets, monitors teams & its performance
• Strategize and implement the outreach strategy for sourcing potential entrepreneurs by forging initial partnerships with various NGO’s, Vocational Training, Centres, Government agencies etc
• Source mentors, recruitment, orientation and training of mentors
• Manage & Coordinate activities among the team members and conducting weekly / Quarterly staff review meeting
• Forge initial partnerships with large corporates, media outreach
• Organize support services such as Business skill development training, Business Seminars, Exhibitions, Get-togethers, marketing support etc. for the BYST supported entrepreneurs
• Monitor, counsel, supervise the BYST supported ventures for continuous business development
• Organize committee meetings and coordinating with the Cluster Chairman
• Outsource & manage outsourced partners, Recruitment & training of staff & outsourced people – if any
• Coordinate with bank & Financial Institutions & managing relationships with them
• To make timely intervention & course corrections as and when required to support the team members
