Job Role:

We are hiring a Life Skill Trainer cum Mobiliser to deliver soft skills and life skills training while also supporting candidate mobilization for the program.
Key Responsibilities:


Conduct sessions on communication, personality development, workplace readiness, and soft skills

Support students in interview preparation and confidence building

Assist in mobilization activities and awareness campaigns

Counsel candidates and motivate them to join and complete training

Track student progress and maintain reports

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Training/facilitation skills

Ability to engage and motivate students

Willingness to travel for mobilization activities

Basic computer knowledge
