Mobilisation Coordinator

Job Location
Chennai / Tamil Nadu

Working Hours
Timing: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary:
Freshers: Rs 20,000/- per month
Experienced Candidates: Salary negotiable based on experience and performance
Maximum Salary Range: Up to Rs 32,000/- per month

Job Summary
The Mobilisation Coordinator is responsible for mobilizing candidates for various skill development and training programs. The role involves field visits, community engagement, counseling students, coordinating admissions, and ensuring batch strength targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
Mobilize candidates for skill development and training programs.
Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, villages, communities, and training centers.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, placements, certification, and career opportunities.
Coordinate with local organizations, NGOs, educational institutions, and community leaders for candidate sourcing.
Organize awareness campaigns, seminars, and mobilization drives.
Maintain candidate database and follow-up records.
Support the admission and enrollment process.
Coordinate with training and placement teams for batch planning.
Achieve monthly mobilization targets.
Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
