Role Overview

The Center Coordinator will support the smooth functioning of the Aditya Birla Skills Centre at Raygada by coordinating training activities, managing documentation, maintaining MIS records, and assisting with the mobilization and placement activities. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with trainers, students, and management to ensure effective training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Center Operations

1. Assist in the day-to-day coordination and smooth functioning of the training center.
2. Ensure classrooms, labs, and training resources are organized and ready for sessions.
3. Support the Center Manager in maintaining operational efficiency.
Training Coordination
4. Coordinate with trainers for batch scheduling, training delivery, and assessments.
5. Track trainee attendance, batch progress, and training schedules.
6. Assist in organizing guest lectures, workshops, and training activities.

Student Management:

1. Support student registration, documentation, and onboarding processes.
2. Address trainee queries and maintain discipline and engagement at the center.
3. Assist in mentoring students and supporting their learning journey.

MIS & Documentation:

1. Maintain training records, attendance, reports, and project documentation.
2. Update and manage MIS data related to trainees, batches, and training activities.
3. Prepare and submit periodic reports as required by management.

Mobilisation & Community Outreach:

1. Support mobilisation activities and awareness campaigns for trainee enrollment.
2. Coordinate with local communities and stakeholders to ensure candidate participation.

Placement Support:

1. Assist the placement team in organizing interviews, job drives, and employer interactions.
2. Maintain records related to trainee placements and employer engagement.

Qualification:

1. Graduate in any subject.
2. Preference for candidates with Management, Social Work, or Skill Development background

Experience:
3–5 years of experience in training coordination, center operations, or skill development projects.

Key Skills:
1. Training coordination and center management.
2. MIS reporting and documentation.
3. Communication and coordination skills.
4. MS Office proficiency.
5. Ability to work with students and trainers.
