Job Description:
The Rising Bloom Foundation is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to manage and grow its digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and supporting digital campaigns aligned with the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and design engaging social media content (posts, reels, stories)
Manage daily posting on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Write compelling captions and content in line with the organization’s vision
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns
Monitor engagement, track basic analytics, and suggest improvements
Stay updated with current social media trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of social media platforms
Creativity and strong visual sense
Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
Good written and verbal communication skills
Interest in social impact / NGO work
