Position: Field Coordinator
No. of Posts: 5 (2 for Raisen District and 3 for Narmadapuram District)
Project Title: Human Trafficking & Bonded Labour Rescue, Rehabilitation and Restoration Program
Location: Raisen & Narmadapuram Districts, Madhya Pradesh Organization: Institute of Social Research and Development (ISRD)
Duration: 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027 (extendable based on performance and project continuation)

About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and field-oriented Field Coordinators to support the implementation of a rights-based program focused on the identification, prevention, rescue, rehabilitation and restoration of victims of human trafficking and bonded labour. The role requires intensive field engagement, community mobilization, case identification, and coordination with stakeholders at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular field visits to identify cases of bonded labour and vulnerable families
• Support rescue and rehabilitation processes in coordination with the project team and authorities
• Assist in mapping high-risk sectors such as brick kilns, construction sites, and informal workplaces
• Mobilize community members, volunteers, and self-help groups
• Facilitate formation and strengthening of vigilance committees
• Organize awareness campaigns, meetings, and legal literacy activities
• Support beneficiaries in accessing government schemes and services
• Maintain field-level data, case records, and submit regular reports

Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate in Social Work / Rural Development or related field (MSW preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in community-based work (preferably in labour rights, trafficking, or social sector)
• Strong understanding of grassroots issues and community engagement
• Good communication and basic documentation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within field areas

Preferred Skills:
· Experience in field surveys and case identification
· Knowledge of bonded labour issues and government schemes
· Ability to work with vulnerable communities
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting formats)
