Project Title: Human Trafficking & Bonded Labour Rescue, Rehabilitation and Restoration Program

Duration: 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027 (extendable based on performance and project continuation)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Counsellor-cum-Social Worker to support the implementation of a rights-based program focused on the prevention, rescue, rehabilitation and restoration of victims of human trafficking and bonded labour. The role requires strong field engagement, case handling, counselling support, and coordination with government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and document cases of bonded labour in the project area
• Facilitate rescue and rehabilitation processes in coordination with authorities
• Provide counselling and psychosocial support to survivors and their families
• Support beneficiaries in accessing government schemes and entitlements
• Conduct community awareness programs and mobilization activities
• Strengthen vigilance committees and community-based prevention mechanisms
• Liaise with government departments, DLSA, police, and Panchayats
• Maintain case records, documentation, and submit regular reports

Eligibility Criteria:
• Postgraduate degree in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in social sector (preferably bonded labour, trafficking, or labour rights)
• Strong understanding of social protection schemes and community engagement
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively in field areas

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in counselling and case management
• Knowledge of bonded labour and labour laws
• Ability to work with vulnerable communities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting tools)
