Job Title: Mobilizer For PWD in (NGO)

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and mobilize unemployed youth for skill development programs
Conduct community outreach, awareness campaigns, and meetings
Screen and guide candidates for suitable training programs
Support registration and enrollment of candidates
Maintain data and track candidate progress
Key Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Community engagement and counseling ability
Basic knowledge of skill development and job market
Record-keeping and digital outreach skills

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in mobilization/community work

Other Requirements:
Willing to travel locally
Flexible working hours
Passion for youth empowerment
