Institute for Cultural Research and Action (ICRA), Bangalore, has worked with over 15,000 smallholder families in Karnataka’s rainfed regions for two decades, advancing sustainable agriculture and community rights. Its initiatives span natural resource management, bio-integrated farming, regeneration of fallow lands, participatory research, and Kannada-language publications on organic farming. ICRA also organises training, workshops, and marketing support for natural produce, strengthening farmer-led ecological practices.
Open Positions:
Project Coordinator (3+ yrs exp.)– Lead sustainable organic farming programs, manage operations, logistics, training, data analysis, reporting, and communication materials.
Office Administration (3+ yrs exp.)– Oversee office management and accounts, handle invoicing, financial tracking, document updates, and scheduling.
