Vacancy: Field Coordinator (Women Empowerment Project)

?? Location: Bhopal (Urban Slum Areas)

Organization: Sangini Mahila Kalyan Samiti

We are looking for a dedicated Field Coordinator for our women empowerment project in urban slum areas of Bhopal (12 no ,Bagmugaliya,old city )

Key Responsibilities:

* Field visits in slum communities
* Mobilizing women and community groups
* Coordinating with stakeholders (police, court, NGOs)
* Case follow-ups and documentation
* Conducting awareness sessions on legal rights & safety
* Supporting intervention in urgent cases

Eligibility Criteria:

* Graduate (preferably in Social Work / Law / Sociology)
* Minimum 1–2 years of field experience (NGO/helpline preferred)
* Good communication and community engagement skills
* Basic computer knowledge (documentation, reporting)
* Willingness to travel within slum areas

Salary: ?18,000 per month

Travel Allowance: As per field visits / actual basis

Other Requirements:

* Female candidate preferred
* Immediate joining
