About the Project
The Targeted Intervention (TI) Project is implemented under the guidance of the Madhya Pradesh State AIDS Control Society (MPSACS), aiming to prevent and control HIV/AIDS among high-risk populations through focused outreach, awareness, and service linkages.

Project Manager - (01 Post) Male/Female

Education- MSW/MBA/MA Sociology & 1 Year computer Diploma.

Experience - 3 year experience at district level program related to health, livelihood program, rural development, and HIV/AIDS program.

Knowledge and Skills - Familiarity with government health policies and program.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in small teams, and flexible ways of working.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting writing, case study compilation.
At least 12 days in the field visit required.
Overall management capacity to monitor, report and guide the team under him/her.
Holder of Two Wheeler with Valid Driving Lincense.
Salary - 22400 (21000salary+1400TA).

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (M&E) - (01 Post) Male/Female

Education - Graduation in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics and Commerce basic computer software applications.

Experience - Minimum of 2 years of work experience which includes:
Experience in data management, monitoring and evaluations tools, data quality checks, analysis and interpretation of data on program performance.
Maintaining financial records / accounts
Knowledge and experience in health and social development sector will be an
added advantage.

Knowledge and Skills - Proficient in computer data management and analysis using computer
Familiarity with government health policies and program.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in small teams, and flexible ways of working.
Holder of Two Wheeler with Valid Driving Lincense.
Salary - 16600 (16000 salary+600TA).

Counsellor - 01 Post Female

Qualification- MSW, Master in sociology, Computer Good Skill and Ms word, Ms excel good knowledge
Experience- 1 Year in HIV/Aids Sector, Health, Social service
Holder of Two Wheeler with Valid Driving Lincense.
Salary-17200, (16000 salary+1200 TA)

Knowledge and Skills - Familiarity with issues related to marginalised communities especially with HRGs
and their families.
* Strong communication and mobilisation skills.
* Ability to work in small teams, and flexible ways of working.
* Proficiency in report writing, case study compilation.
* At least 10 days in the field visit required.
* Overall management capacity to monitor, report and guide the team under
him/her in absence of Project Manager or any other task provided by the team

Outreach Workers - (03 Posts) 2 Female, 1 Male

Education - Graduation in any stream with good knowledge of the local community and local language.

Experience - ORWs should preferably be from the community of FSW/MSM.
Minimum 1 year experience in the field of health, livelihood program, rural development, and HIV/AIDS program.

Knowledge and Skills - Should have strong communication skills.
Ability to work in small teams, and flexible ways of working.
Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, case study compilation.
At least 20 days in the field visit required.
Capacity to monitor report and guide the team under him/her.
Holder of Two Wheeler with Valid Driving Lincense.
Salary - 12000 (10500 Salary+1500TA).
