The Eye Bank Society of Rajasthan invites applications from eligible and motivated candidates for the following position:

Post: Deputy Manager (Accounts)

Job Purpose
To ensure effective financial planning, management, and compliance of the organization by overseeing budgeting, accounting, fund utilization, statutory requirements, and audit processes, while supporting transparent and efficient use of resources in alignment with the objectives of the Eye Bank Society of Rajasthan.

Job Description (JD)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Budget & Financial Planning
• Preparation of annual budget and program plans
• Monitoring of budget utilization and expenditure
• Fund management including grants, CSR funds, and donations
• Preparation of financial statements and project-wise reports

2. Grants & Receipts Management
• Processing and follow-up of Government grants (State & Central)
• Management of CSR funds and donor reporting
• Ensuring compliance with financial norms and donor requirements
• Exploring additional funding sources

3. Procurement & Inventory
• Handling purchases (consumables, equipment, stationery, etc.)
• Maintaining stock registers and conducting physical verification
• Disposal of obsolete/unserviceable items

4. Accounts & Payments
• Verification of vouchers and maintenance of cash book
• Processing payments through NEFT/online/cheque
• Monitoring accounting systems (Tally)

5. Salary & Statutory Payments
• Verification of salary sheets and disbursement
• Handling PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory dues
• Managing incentives, bonuses, and allowances

6. Banking Operations
• Bank account management and reconciliations

7. Audit & Compliance
• Coordination for internal and external audits
• Ensuring compliance with Income Tax, 80G, 12AA, FCRA, EPF, ESI, etc.
• Timely renewal of statutory registrations

8. Administrative & Miscellaneous Work
• Insurance and AMC management
• Office maintenance and documentation
• Vendor coordination and correspondence
• Digital record management

9. Additional Responsibilities
• Acting as link officer (Coordination)
• Providing administrative support as required by management
• Government and other stakeholder coordination

• Budget preparation and utilization
• Procurement and inventory management
• Statutory compliance adherence
• Audit completion and compliance
• Insurance and AMC management
