We are seeking a qualified and experienced Domain Trainer – Microfinance Executive to deliver high-quality training in the BFSI sector. The role involves effective training delivery, trainee assessment, and ensuring successful certification and placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery
•Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on microfinance, banking, and financial services
•Deliver training as per the prescribed curriculum and standards
•Use interactive training methods such as case studies, role plays, and group discussions

2. Content Development & Planning
•Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and presentations
•Align training content with Qualification Pack (Microfinance Executive – BSC/Q2401)
•Customize sessions based on trainee needs

3. Assessment & Certification
•Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and evaluations
•Prepare trainees for certification exams and ensure high pass percentages
•Provide feedback and track trainee progress

4. Trainee Management
•Maintain discipline, attendance, and engagement in the classroom
•Mentor trainees and guide them on career opportunities
•Provide additional support to slow learners

5. Documentation & Reporting
•Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and progress reports
•Submit timely reports to the Centre Head/Management
•Ensure compliance with audit and quality standards

6. Placement Support
•Assist trainees in interview preparation and job readiness
•Support placement drives and employer coordination
•Track placement outcomes

7. Industry & Compliance
•Stay updated with microfinance industry trends and practices
•Ensure adherence to organizational policies and certification guidelines
•Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
•Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience:
•Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Microfinance
•Minimum 1 year of training experience in the relevant domain, along with three years of relevant industry experience, will be preferred

Certifications:
1. Domain Certification: Microfinance Executive (BSC/Q2401, Version 7.0) – Minimum 80% score
2. Platform Certification: Trainer (VET and Skills) (MEP/Q2601, Version 2.0) – Minimum 80% score

Key Skills:
•Strong communication and presentation skills
•Good knowledge of microfinance operations and the BFSI sector
•Classroom management and mentoring ability
•Basic computer skills (MS Office, presentations)
