REACH is a non-profit organisation working on Tuberculosis and Non-Communicable Diseases, headquartered in Chennai. Established in 1999, REACH is currently implementing multiple projects across the country.
REACH is looking to recruit an Operations Coordinator to provide programme implementation support for its project. The ideal candidate is a tech savvy medical social worker /public health specialist who is looking for an opportunity to gain experience in programme management, use of innovative digital tools in the private sector for tele consultation, digital adherence and deployment of sustainable co-financing models, M&E etc. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Coordination with technology partners hired by project and project staff for innovative IT solutions development, its field testing, deployment and troubleshooting.
- Developing operational workflows and SOPs in consultation with IT vendors/project team for digital health interventions.
- Coordination with project central programme unit, state programme unit and district programme unit staff for day to day activities of the project.
- Coordination with the administrative/financial team for roll-out of the co-financing model for diagnostics/drugs for the project.
- Development and process coordination for printing of IEC materials and clinical decision aid tools for the project.
- Undertaking regular visits to private providers / TPT clinics of select districts Tamil Nadu and Delhi for handholding project staff for uptake of digital intervention and other project activities implementation.
- Conducting capacity building sessions for project staff as per need of programme.
- Ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of all project activities and its submission as per timelines.
- Representing REACH at state-level / National level and other meetings as assigned.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the organisation.
Qualifications, Experience and competencies required:
- Master’s in Public health or B.Tech Data Science/IT with minimum 1 year experience.
- Experience in working in digital health interventions development and deployment
- Experience in full stack development is desirable.
- Exemplary analytical, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
- Excellent skills in MS Office, online reporting tools- KoBo toolbox, and other relevant software.
- Well informed about use of modern technology, proficiency and comfort in using it and its troubleshooting.
- Ability to effectively manage relationships and coordinate with a pan-India team based at different locations.
- Ability to use tact and diplomacy with all sensitive issues and special situations.
- High ethical standards and transparent working style
- Ability to speak in Tamil, Hindi and English and good writing skills in English.
- Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu/Delhi (10 days a month minimum)
