Job Description:
We are seeking a Programme Coordinator to manage grassroots interventions focused on prevention of trafficking and early marriage, promotion of education, reduction of school dropouts, and strengthening of community-based support systems.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies, or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in programme implementation in the development sector
• Strong understanding of gender, child protection, and community development issues
• Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills in Bengali, English and Hindi
• Willingness to travel to South 24 Parganas, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh

Salary:
INR 35,000 – 55,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
