Project overview:
YMCA India, under the IYF-L2E project aims to empower all youth, particularly historically underserved young people aged 18-35 in Delhi NCR and Kerala, focusing on skill development, job readiness, and sustainable employment. It intends to mobilise 10000 youth entering the 'L2E' learning-to-earning process with the mindsets and required awareness to pursue Meaningful Work. The project leverages YMCA’s national and global networks to promote scalable and inclusive livelihood models aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Role profile:
The L2E Mobiliser is responsible for engaging with communities, stakeholders, and potential students (girls, boys, transgender individuals, and persons with disabilities). This role focuses on mobilising youth groups from underserved communities, facilitating awareness, organising events, and ensuring the successful implementation of mobilisation activities aligned with project goals.
