Project Manager - 01
Education - S/he should be a Post graduate in any discipline of Social Sciences.
Experience - Preferably with one year experience at district level program related to Health, Livelihood Program, Rural Development, Microfinance and HIV/AIDS Program.
Knowledge and Skills - Familiarity with government health policies and program.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in small teams, and flexible ways of working.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting writing, case study compilation.
At least 12 days in the field visit required.
Overall management capacity to monitor, report and guide the team under him/her.
Holder of Two Wheeler with Valid Driving License.
Salary - 21000 + 1400 Per Month.

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer - 01
Education - Graduation in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics and Commerce, basic computer software applications.
Experience - Minimum of 2 years of work experience which includes:
Experience in data management, monitoring and evaluations tools, data quality checks, analysis and interpretation of data on program performance.
Maintaining financial records / accounts.
Knowledge and experience in health and social development sector will be an added advantage.
Knowledge and Skills - Proficient in computer data management and analysis using computer.
Familiarity with government health policies and program.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in small teams, and flexible ways of working
Holder of Two Wheeler with Valid Driving License.
Salary - 16000 + 600 Per Month.

Counselor - 01
Education - Post Graduate in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/ Anthropology/Human Development/Nursing.
Experience - 3 years of experience in counseling/educating under National Health program.
Knowledge and Skills -The candidate should be computer literate with working knowledge of MS office, usage internet and electronic mail.
Familiarity with government health policies and related program.
Ability to work in teams, and flexible ways of working as per the need of program.
Holder of Two Wheeler with Valid Driving License.
Salary - 16000 + 1200 Per Month.

Out Reach Worker - 02
Education - Should be at least educated up to 12th standard with good knowledge of the
local community and local language.
Experience - ORWs should preferably be from the TG community. Minimum 1 year experience in the field of Health Program.
Knowledge and Skills - Should have strong communication skills.
Ability to work in small teams, and flexible ways of working.
Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, case study compilation.
At least 20 days in the field visit required.
Capacity to monitor report and guide the team under him/her.
Holder of Two Wheeler with Valid Driving License.
Salary - 10500 + 1500 Per Month.
