Salary: Up to Rs 1,00,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy
• Mobilize funds from CSR, foundations, government schemes, and international donors
• Develop high-quality proposals, concept notes, and grant applications
• Build and manage relationships with donors and partners
• Lead fundraising campaigns (digital and offline)

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
• Master’s degree in Social Work / Rural Development / MBA / Development Studies or related field
Experience:
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in fundraising or donor management
• Proven experience in raising substantial funds (CSR / institutional / international funding)
• Experience in agriculture, livelihoods, or rural development sector preferred

Required Skills
• Strong proposal writing and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of CSR funding and donor ecosystem
• Excellent networking and stakeholder engagement ability
• Strategic planning and target-oriented approach
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital fundraising platforms

Track Record (Mandatory)
• Demonstrated success in mobilizing significant project funding
• Experience in managing multiple donor relationships and reporting
