About the Organization
Darjeeling Mary Ward Social Centre (DMWSC) is the development wing of the Loreto Sisters, working in North Bengal since 2006. Registered in 2009, DMWSC focuses on women and child protection, livelihood promotion, and community development.

Eligibility / Qualification
• Graduation from a recognized University (minimum requirement)
• Master’s Degree in Social Science / Social Work / Rural Development (preferred)
• Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development (more preferable)
Required Competencies
• Strong English communication skills (knowledge of local language is an advantage)
• Excellent documentation and report-writing skills
• Skills in capturing and reporting project outputs, outcomes, and impacts
• Experience in photo and video documentation (basic editing skills preferred)
• Ability to manage newsletters, social media, and website content
• Knowledge of MIS systems
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of design and editing tools (Canva, CorelDraw, Photoshop, Video Editing software)
• Experience in social development projects (NGO experience preferred)
• Candidates should be willing to work in tea garden areas
Remuneration
Salary will be based on experience and competence.
