We are looking for passionate and committed professionals to join our Financial Literacy Program across multiple locations in India.

?? Position: Project Coordinator – Financial Literacy

?? Experience: 2–3 years

?? Contract Duration: 10 Months (Extendable)

?? Willingness to travel is essential

The Project Coordinator will support implementation, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of financial literacy interventions at the grassroots level. The role involves working closely with community institutions, trainers, SHGs, local stakeholders, and project teams to ensure quality execution and meaningful community participation.

Key areas of work include:
• Program coordination and field implementation
• Community mobilization and stakeholder engagement
• Monitoring, reporting, MIS, and documentation
• Ensuring training quality and impact tracking
• Supporting financial inclusion and awareness initiatives

We are looking for candidates with:

? Background in Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, Management, or related fields
? Experience in livelihoods, financial literacy, enterprise development, or grassroots programs
? Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
? Understanding of SHGs and government financial schemes
