?? Experience Required: 5+ Years

?? Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage educational programs
• Provide #pedagogical #guidance and #academic support
• Manage #stakeholders and #partnerships
• Monitor program impact and ensure quality delivery
• Mentor and lead teams effectively

?? What We're Looking For:
? Strong leadership and communication skills
? Experience in the education/NGO sector
? Passion for social impact and child development
? Reporting and program management skills

?? Qualification:
Bachelor's degree required (B.Ed preferred)
