Role Summary:
The focus of the role is to design and maintain an effective MIS system with the objective to
i. capture and build knowledge by analysing learnings from grassroots work
ii. generate data and trends to assist in monitoring all aspects of ongoing projects

Key Responsibility Areas:
• Design qualitative and quantitative formats to monitor the outputs and outcomes of all Utthan’s work, programmes through on-going projects and team performance
• Maintain and Assist team to maintain MIS
• Ensure regular, efficient and correct recording & analysis of data in various forms
• Generate monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reports as per organisational need
• Generate learning and knowledge and providing inputs to strengthen the programmes through lessons learnt, based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis
• Capacity Building & IT Support
• Data Security &Organization
• Digital Assets & Platforms
• Knowledge Management Linkages
The position is based in Utthan’s Support Office Ahmedabad. The job will entail about 10 days of travel a month, to both tribal and coastal field area.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years prior experience in handling and designing of MIS is required.
• Relevant qualification with expertise in analytics and sound knowledge of computer application
• Knowledge of Excel based and software based MIS systems.
• Basic understanding of Gujarati and English is required.
