We are looking for a dynamic, well-organized, and responsible candidate for the position of Front Office Executive cum Documentist.
Work Location:
Shivajinagar, Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handling front office activities and attending visitors/calls professionally
• Maintaining office records, files, and documentation systematically
• Drafting letters, emails, reports, and maintaining correspondence
• Managing inward and outward registers and office documentation
• Coordinating with staff, vendors, and stakeholders for administrative support
• Maintaining data entry, digital records, and filing systems
• Assisting management in day-to-day office administration activities
• Ensuring proper document storage, retrieval, and confidentiality
Eligibility:
• Any Graduate with good communication skills
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and documentation work
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
• Female candidates preferred
• Candidates with experience in NGO, educational institution, or office administration will be given preference
• Kannada, English, and Hindi speaking candidates preferred
