Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-orientated and certified medical laboratory technician to join our clinical team, who will be responsible for performing routine and specialised tests to provide physicians with accurate data for patient diagnosis and treatment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced OPD / static dispensary and maintains the highest standards of accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities
* Clinical Testing: Perform automated and manual tests in areas such as urinalysis, biochemistry, haematology, etc.
* Sample Processing: Collect, identify, and process patient specimens (blood, urine), ensuring integrity and proper labelling.
* Result Reporting: Analyse test results and accurately record the data.
* Critical Value Notification: Immediately communicate "critical" results to physicians.
* Quality Assurance: Perform daily QC checks, participate in proficiency testing, and document corrective actions when results fall outside of acceptable ranges.
* Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on high-throughput analysers.
* Compliance: Maintain a sterile and organised work environment in strict accordance with safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills
* Education: Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology/Medical Laboratory Technology.
* Experience: [1-2+] years of experience in a clinical hospital laboratory preferred.
* Detail-Orientated: Exceptional precision in measuring samples and recording data.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for reporting findings to the medical team.

Physical Requirements & Environment
* Must be able to stand for extended periods.
* Manual dexterity to handle small tools and sensitive equipment.
* Potential exposure to infectious diseases and hazardous chemicals
