Brief about ChildFund
ChildFund India is a non-sectarian, non-profit and non-political International Non-Governmental Organization exists to help deprived, excluded, and vulnerable children have the capacity to improve their lives and the opportunity to become young adults, parents and leaders who bring lasting and positive change in their communities.
 
The description of the activity/project
ChildFund office is in-charge of all air bookings for its staff both domestic and international travel. Therefore, we require Services of Reputed Travel Agency along with their service charges for the below requirements -  
 
Travel Agency should be able to cater to:
  1. Domestic Flight booking
  2. International Flight booking
  3. Assistance in terms of rescheduling / cancellation / web check-in/Seat Allocation related to the above
  4. Dedicated POC for Comprehensive domestic & international flight options (direct and stopovers)
  5. Corporate fares (free meal, seat selection, nil cancellation, free rescheduling etc.) for domestic & international flights.
  6. Equipped to handle Train reservations.
  7. Report generation (weekly, monthly, sector based, cost based, individual traveller) Reports should auto-capture of the rescheduling / cancellations done and process refund entries.
  8. Sorting flight options based on rate, time, airline etc.
  9. 5. 24 hrs backend support during exigencies.
  10. VISA processing (various countries) application and securing.
  11. FOREX Facilitation.
  12. Turnkey Conference & Event Management- capable to handle, Hotel rooms, Local Logistics.
Payment terms – online or Cheque only
NEFT – 15 days billing cycle.
