MASH Project Foundation (MASH) is looking for a passionate and driven Senior Manager - Program Implementation to lead the design, execution, and growth of high-impact programs across climate, gender, mental health, education, and youth leadership. This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, people management, and partnership development.

Role: Senior Manager - Program Implementation
Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)
Experience: 4-6 years

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Strategy

Lead end-to-end implementation of programs across sectors including climate, gender, mental health, education, and youth leadership
Drive program planning, execution, and monitoring aligned with organisational goals
Ensure timely delivery of activities, KPIs, and partner expectations
Design and develop new initiatives based on ecosystem trends and emerging needs

Team & Operations Management

Manage and mentor program associates, interns, and volunteers
Build systems and processes for efficient coordination, tracking, and documentation
Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration across teams

Stakeholder & Partner Engagement

Build and manage relationships with donors, government bodies, partner organisations, and community stakeholders
Represent MASH in meetings, consultations, and sectoral forums
Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with external stakeholders

Planning, Reporting & Documentation

Develop work plans, trackers, dashboards, and reports
Lead impact documentation, reporting, and storytelling initiatives
Collaborate with communications teams to amplify program milestones

Budget & Resource Management

Manage program budgets and monitor resource utilisation
Support grant applications, donor reporting, and proposal development

Business Development

Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and funding
Develop concept notes, presentations, and proposals for funders and partners
Build scalable and sustainable program models

Research & Learning

Stay updated on ecosystem trends and sectoral best practices
Conduct research to strengthen program strategy and innovation
Facilitate internal learning and development initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Development Studies, Public Policy, Social Work, or related fields
4-6 years of experience in program management, including leadership experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience in donor communication and proposal writing preferred
Strong commitment towards youth-led and cross-sectoral development work
