About the Role
We are seeking highly organized, dedicated, and proactive professionals for the positions of BAMS Doctor, Program Coordinator, Block Coordinator, and ANM/GNM to support community healthcare initiatives.

The selected candidates will be responsible for organizing health camps across various locations, coordinating with local Vansamiti/Village Committees, and ensuring smooth implementation of healthcare activities. Key responsibilities include providing health education and awareness to villagers, conducting basic health check-ups, mobilizing community participation, and promoting preventive healthcare practices.

1. BAMS Doctor
Key Responsibilities
Community Visits & Coordination
? Visit assigned villages as per the project schedule.
? Meet and coordinate with Van Samiti members, village leaders, and community
representatives.
? Build positive relationships with local communities and encourage participation in
health programs.
? Support implementation of government health initiatives at village level.
Health Check-ups & Screening
? Conduct basic dental examinations and primary health screenings.

? Identify common dental and general health problems among villagers.
? Provide preliminary advice and refer serious cases to nearby hospitals/health centers
when required.
? Maintain cleanliness and infection control during examinations.
Health Awareness & Education
? Conduct health awareness sessions on:
o Oral hygiene
o Personal hygiene
o Nutrition and healthy lifestyle
o Tobacco and alcohol-related health risks
o Preventive healthcare practices
o Maternal and child health awareness
? Educate villagers about maintaining good health and disease prevention.
? Encourage healthy habits among children, women, and elderly community members.
Documentation &; Reporting
? Maintain records of village visits, patient screenings, and awareness activities.
? Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by the project management team.
? Submit data and field observations accurately and on time.
Field Support Activities
? Participate in medical camps and special health drives.
? Support coordination with government departments and healthcare staff.
? Assist in organizing community meetings and awareness events.

Required Qualifications
? BAMS from a recognized institution.
? Valid registration with State Ayurvedic/Medical Council

Required Skills
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work in rural and field environments.
? Community engagement and awareness-building capability.
? Basic knowledge of preventive and public health practices.
? Ability to maintain records and reports.

2. Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
? Plan and coordinate day-to-day project activities across assigned villages and
operational areas.
? Prepare activity schedules, village visit plans, and field movement plans for medical
and outreach teams.
? Ensure timely implementation of all project deliverables and government guidelines.
? Coordinate with project staff, healthcare professionals, field teams, and local
authorities.

Community & Stakeholder Management
? Build and maintain strong relationships with:
o Van Samiti members
o Panchayat representatives
o Government officials
o Community leaders
o Healthcare institutions
? Conduct meetings with village stakeholders to support project implementation.
? Facilitate community participation in awareness programs and health camps.

Team Management
? Supervise field staff, doctors, counselors, and outreach workers.
? Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance.
? Provide guidance and support to field teams during project activities.
? Conduct regular review meetings and staff coordination sessions.

Field Monitoring & Supervision
? Monitor village visits, health camps, awareness sessions, and field activities.
? Ensure quality implementation of health awareness and screening programs.
? Visit project sites regularly to review progress and resolve operational challenges.
? Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project standards.

Reporting & Documentation
? Maintain project records, activity reports, attendance, and field data.
? Prepare:
o Daily reports
o Weekly progress reports
o Monthly project reports
o Impact and activity summaries
? Submit reports to senior management and government authorities as required.
? Ensure accurate and timely data collection from field teams.

Government Liaison & Compliance
? Coordinate with government departments and officials regarding project activities.
? Ensure all activities are conducted as per government norms and project guidelines.
? Support project audits, inspections, and official reviews.
? Assist in preparation of official documents and presentations.

Health Camp & Awareness Program Management
? Coordinate organization of:
o Health camps
o Awareness sessions
o Community meetings
o School health programs
? Ensure availability of required materials, logistics, and manpower.
? Monitor participation and effectiveness of outreach activities.

Logistics & Operational Support
? Coordinate travel, accommodation, and scheduling for field teams.
? Ensure availability of medical supplies, awareness materials, and equipment.
? Support procurement and inventory management related to project activities.

Required Qualifications
? Bachelor's Degree in:
o Public Health
o Social Work
o Healthcare Management
o Rural Development
o Business Administration
o Any relevant field

Preferred:
? Master's Degree in Public Health (MPH), MSW, MBA, or related discipline.

3. Block Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Block-Level Project Coordination
? Coordinate and manage all project activities within the assigned block.
? Ensure proper implementation of health awareness and outreach programs in villages.
? Monitor field activities according to project timelines and targets.
? Support smooth execution of government health initiatives at block level.
Village & Community Coordination
? Coordinate with:
o Van Samiti members
o Panchayat representatives
o Village leaders
o Community groups
o Local health workers
? Organize village meetings and community awareness sessions.

? Encourage community participation in health camps and outreach programs.
? Address local issues related to project implementation.

Field Team Supervision
? Supervise field staff, outreach workers, counselors, and healthcare teams operating within
the block.
? Allocate field responsibilities and monitor daily activities.
? Ensure field staff maintain discipline, reporting standards, and work quality.
? Provide on-ground support during village visits and awareness activities.
Monitoring & Reporting
? Monitor daily field operations and project progress within the assigned block.
? Collect and verify field data, attendance, and activity reports.
? Prepare and submit:
o Daily activity reports
o Weekly progress reports
o Monthly performance summaries
? Maintain proper documentation of village visits, health camps, and awareness programs.
Health Camp & Awareness Program Support
? Assist in organizing:
o Health camps
o Dental screening camps
o Awareness drives
o School health programs
o Community meetings
? Ensure availability of required logistics, materials, and local coordination.
? Monitor participation and effectiveness of awareness sessions.
Government & Stakeholder Liaison
? Coordinate with block-level government departments and officials.
? Maintain positive working relationships with:
o Health Department
o Panchayat officials

o Tribal welfare representatives
o Local administration
? Support inspections, audits, and official project reviews.
Operational & Administrative Support
? Support travel planning and scheduling for field teams.
? Ensure timely communication between field staff and project management.
? Maintain inventory and records of project materials at block level.
? Assist in resolving operational and field-level challenges.
Required Qualifications

4. ANM/GNM

Key Responsibilities
Community Health Services
? Conduct village visits as per project schedules.
? Provide basic nursing care and primary healthcare support in rural communities.
? Assist doctors and healthcare teams during health camps and outreach activities.
? Conduct preliminary health assessments and basic screenings.

Maternal & Child Healthcare
? Support maternal and child health services in villages.
? Educate pregnant women and mothers about:
o Nutrition
o Immunization
o Personal hygiene

o Antenatal and postnatal care
? Promote institutional delivery and safe motherhood practices.
? Monitor child health and growth-related concerns.

Health Screening & Basic Care
? Measure and record:
o Blood pressure
o Temperature
o Pulse
o Weight
o Blood sugar (if applicable)
? Identify common illnesses and refer serious cases to hospitals or health centers.
? Provide first aid and basic nursing assistance when required.

Health Awareness & Education
? Conduct awareness sessions on:
o Personal hygiene
o Oral hygiene
o Nutrition
o Menstrual hygiene
o Preventive healthcare
o Communicable disease prevention
o Tobacco and alcohol-related health risks
? Educate villagers about healthy lifestyle practices and disease prevention.
? Support awareness programs in schools and community gatherings.

Immunization & Public Health Support
? Support government immunization and public health initiatives where required.
? Assist in community mobilization for vaccination and healthcare programs.
? Coordinate with ASHA workers, Anganwadi workers, and local health staff.

Documentation & Reporting
? Maintain records of:
o Patient screenings
o Village visits
o Awareness sessions
o Health camp participation
? Prepare daily and monthly activity reports.
? Ensure accurate and timely reporting to project coordinators.

Community Coordination
? Coordinate with:

Infection Control & Safety
? Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and infection control practices.
? Ensure safe handling of medical supplies and equipment.

Required Qualifications
For ANM:
? ANM Certification from a recognized institution.
? Valid registration with State Nursing Council.
For GNM:
? Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM).
? Valid registration with State Nursing Council.
