Job Opportunity: Programme Manager (Female)

Location: Patna (with extensive travel to remote rural areas in Bihar)

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated female professional to lead our Rural Health and Sanitation initiatives, with a specific focus on Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) and gender-related issues. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between field implementation and donor relations.

Key Responsibilities
Field Leadership: Oversee MHM and health programs in remote rural districts.

Donor Liaison: Manage communication and reporting with donor agencies (liaising/relationship management).

Program Design: Integrate gender-sensitive approaches into rural sanitation frameworks.

Monitoring: Regular field visits to ensure quality implementation and community engagement.

Qualifications & Experience
Education: MBA or Post Graduate in Rural Development (RD).

Experience: Proven track record in women's health, gender issues, or MHM.

Skills: Strong field coordination skills and the ability to represent the NGO to international/national donors.

Gender: Female candidates only (due to the sensitive nature of rural MHM programs).
