Job Description:
We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Accountant for our MACS Cooperative Society. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily collections, maintaining accounts records, and updating financial transactions in accounting software. Freshers who are willing to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and verify daily collections and deposits
Maintain accounts and financial records in accounting software
Prepare day-to-day vouchers, receipts, and ledger entries
Support monthly reconciliation and reporting activities
Maintain proper documentation and filing of records
Coordinate with field staff and management regarding collections and accounts

Eligibility:

B.Com / M.Com / Any Commerce-related qualification preferred
Freshers can also apply
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Preferable knowledge in MS Excel and MACS accounting procedures
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn accounting software

Preferred Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle routine accounting work independently

Salary: As per organization norms and experience.
