Job Description:
The Field Coordinator will support field-level implementation of the adolescent girls' empowerment project, focusing on community mobilization and delivery of project activities at block level.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implementation of project activities at block/community level.
* Mobilization and engagement of adolescent girls and peer groups.
* Conducting sessions on health, education, protection, and life skills.
* Coordination with schools, communities, and local institutions.
* Field data collection, documentation, and reporting.

Required Qualifications:
* Graduate in any discipline (Social Work preferred).
* 3 years of field experience in NGO sector.
* Good communication and community mobilization skills.
* Willingness to travel in rural/field areas.
* Basic computer knowledge.
Preferred Skills :
* Experience in donor-funded projects.
* Understanding of adolescent development and gender issues.
* Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
