1. Background
Dharti Sanstha, in collaboration with Mata Vaishnav Devi Mahavidyalaya, is implementing a 3.5-month vocational skilling program on home-based geriatric care. The initiative aims to equip youth, particularly from underserved communities, with employable skills in elderly care. The project is supported by SBIF Foundation and seeks to create sustainable pathways for training, certification, and employment.

2. Purpose of the Role
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, coordination, and management of the program, ensuring quality delivery, stakeholder engagement, and achievement of placement outcomes.

3. Key Responsibilities
A. Program Implementation & Coordination
- Oversee planning and execution of the training program
- Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate with partner institution
B. Student Mobilisation & Admissions
- Lead outreach and enrolment
- Manage screening and psychometric assessments
C. Training Quality Assurance
- Monitor teaching standards and practicum
- Ensure industry alignment
D. Partnerships & Linkages
- Build partnerships with hospitals and old age homes
- Facilitate internships and OJT
E. Documentation & Reporting
- Develop case studies and documentation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
F. Donor & Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with SBIF Foundation and SBI officials
G. Placement
- Establish employer linkages and oversee placements

4. Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Social Sciences / Rural Development / Public Health with 5–7 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in skilling or health sector.

6. Contract Terms
Duration: 1 year (extendable)
Probation: 3 months
Location: Panna

7. Remuneration
Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- Per Month
