We are hiring!

Kashvi Manzil Programme at Kashvi Trust is looking for a passionate and field-oriented professional for the role of Basic Literacy Associate.

We are seeking someone with exposure to foundational literacy/basic education programs who can:
* Monitor literacy programs across districts
* Support and train teachers on basic literacy practices
* Track and present program data
* Strengthen implementation quality through field engagement and reviews

?? Experience: 1-3 years (full-time experience only)
?? Compensation: Up to ?4 LPA (Non-negotiable)
?? Nature of Role: Full-time
?? Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Candidates with experience in education, foundational literacy, program monitoring, or academic support are encouraged to apply.
