We're Hiring | Project Officer - Rehabilitation and Training

Motivation India is looking for a passionate and committed professional to join our team in Bengaluru.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the field of disability inclusion, rehabilitation, assistive technology, and community-based training across India.
> Location: Bengaluru, India
> Qualification: Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapy / Prosthetics & Orthotics / Orthopaedic Technology
> Experience: 0-2 years preferred
> Based in Bengaluru, India, with travel across project locations ranging from a few days to a week at a time.
> Remuneration: INR 3.60 to 4.20 LPA based on experience and expertise

Strong communicator with training and capacity-building skills
Interested in assistive technology and rehabilitation services
Flexible, collaborative, and eager to work with communities and partners
