Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise implementation of Shree Anna Project activities at block level.
-Guide and monitor the field team.
-Coordinate village awareness meetings, beneficiary identification, and farmer mobilization activities.
- Ensure timely implementation of millet promotion
- Maintain coordination with Agriculture Department officials, local institutions, PRI members, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor field progress and ensure quality implementation as per project guidelines.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports, field updates, photographs, and documentation.
- Conduct regular field visits and review meetings with field teams.
- Support training programs, demonstrations, exposure visits, and farmer capacity-building activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of records, beneficiary databases, and project documentation.
- Identify field challenges and report solutions/support requirements to higher authorities.

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in Agriculture / Rural Development / Social Work or related discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in rural development/agriculture-based projects preferred.
Candidates having strong networking skills and experience in community mobilization and field coordination will be preferred.
Good communication, reporting, and team management skills.
Ability to travel extensively within project areas.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting, email communication, etc.) is desirable.
Preference may be given to local candidates familiar with the project geography and local language
