Engagement Officer

Key Responsibilities:
The Engagement Officer will be responsible for motivating schools to deliver an exciting and innovative ACTIZENS' Club Program that promotes Citizenship Education and Civic Participation in young minds.
* Execute program plans and academic-year activities, ensuring at least 80% of planned initiatives are implemented as per the program calendar.
* Lead school outreach, orientation, and capacity-building sessions for teachers/SPOCs while tracking participation, attendance, and feedback to ensure effective program delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, principals, teachers, and government stakeholders, including participation in governance meetings and coordination with education officials.
* Monitor and support Volunteers/CRPs, providing regular guidance, conducting weekly check-ins, and ensuring planned school/community visits are completed with proper documentation.
* Track program implementation and quality through classroom observations, field visits, and structured feedback mechanisms.
* Maintain accurate program documentation and reporting, including training records, observation reports, outreach data, and monthly reports with school leadership where required.
* Capture program impact and learning, including sharing success stories, collecting feedback, and recommending improvements to strengthen future training and engagement initiatives.

Desired Skills:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English, Hindi and local language the ability to conduct trainings and orientations.
* Data tracking, documentation, and reporting skills with the ability to maintain records, analyze feedback, and prepare reports.
* Team collaboration and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams, research partners, and external stakeholders. Basic digital and technology skills including MS Office, online reporting tools, and virtual communication platforms.

Compensation - 4.00 Lacs Annually
Other benefits - Medical Insurance upto 3 Lacs

This role is a contractual period and based on the project requirement and performance it will be extended. Candidate should have their own Laptop and two wheeler.
