Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Yahamogi Farmer Producer Company Shape
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture, BSc Economics
Preferred Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Agribusiness Management, Rural Management, Marketing, or Finance. Diploma/Certification in FPO/FPC Management will be preferred.
Experience Required: 1–2 years of relevant experience of working /managing Farmer Producer Organizations (FPO/FPC), Agriculture business operations
Competencies Required: Agriculture and agribusiness knowledge, honest, hardworking and result driven, good business orientation and ability to work with community and team members. Knowledge and skill in using MS Office and other IT tools will be added advantage.

Yahamogi Farmer Producer Company is a farmer-owned business institution established in 2018 with support from Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives. The organization was formed with the objective of improving the livelihoods and income of small and marginal farmers through sustainable and market-oriented agriculture interventions.
The company focuses on providing quality agricultural input support, collective procurement, aggregation, processing, value addition, and market linkage services to its member farmers. Reporting To: Board of Directors (BoD) / Chairman of FPC
Project Location: Dhadagon, Dist-Nandurbar
Job Profile:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) shall be responsible for the overall operations & management, strong business growth & profit of FPC, develop business linkages and partnerships. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, shareholder farmers, government departments, financial institutions, CSR partners, and market stakeholders to establish the FPC as a sustainable and profitable farmer-owned business institution.
The CEO will lead strategic planning, business operations, market development, team management, financial compliance, and resource mobilization activities to improve shareholders income and ensure long-term sustainability of the FPC.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Ensure annual business turnover growth of 15–30% through effective business planning and expansion activities.
2. Achieve positive operational profitability by improving revenue generation and cost management systems.
3. Increase active farmer shareholder participation in FPC business and governance activities.
4. Achieve procurement and aggregation targets through effective collective marketing systems.
5. Strengthen agri-input business operations to increase farmer coverage and business revenue.
6. Develop and maintain institutional market linkages and long-term buyer partnerships.
7. Ensure timely compliance related to GST, ROC filings, audits, and statutory requirements.
8. Facilitate convergence with government schemes and mobilize subsidies and institutional support for farmers and FPC.
9. Monitor staff performance regularly and ensure achievement of assigned targets and responsibilities.
10. Ensure timely preparation and submission of operational, financial, and business reports.
11. Strengthen governance systems through regular Board of Directors (BoD) and General Body (GB) meetings.
12. Promote business diversification and sustainable business models for long-term institutional sustainability and growth.
Nature of Job: Full-time position with extensive field travel and coordination with farmers, village institutions, markets, and government departments.
Salary Range (Indicative): Rs 2.5 LPA to Rs 3.0 LPA
