* Conduct regular field visits in targeted villages and communities.
* Mobilize community members for health camps, awareness sessions, and medical consultations.
* Coordinate with ASHA workers, Anganwadi workers, Panchayats, and local stakeholders.
* Support identification of vulnerable and needy beneficiaries requiring healthcare services.
* Assist in organizing healthcare outreach activities and awareness campaigns.
* Maintain beneficiary records, field visit reports, and community outreach documentation.
* Create awareness on hygiene, sanitation, nutrition, immunization, maternal health, and preventive
* healthcare.
* Support healthcare staff during field operations and medical camps.
* Facilitate communication between community members and healthcare teams.
* Identify community health issues and report observations to the Project Coordinator.
* Ensure proper dissemination of information regarding project activities and healthcare services.
* Assist in referral support and follow-up of critical cases when required.
* Travel extensively across villages and remote field locations in Kullu district.
