1. Project Manager - 04 Posts
Qualification:
* Master of Public Health (MPH)/MSW from a recognized institution/university.
Experience:
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in public health/community-based projects, programme management, monitoring, coordination, and field supervision.
Job Responsibilities:
* Planning, implementation, and monitoring of CBS project activities.
* Coordination with district authorities, health institutions, and stakeholders.
* Preparation of reports and documentation.
* Supervision of field staff and project implementation across Odisha.
Salary:
* Negotiable based on qualification and experience.

2. Project Coordinator - 01 Post
Qualification:
* Master of Social Work (MSW) from a recognized institution/university.
Experience:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in social development/community projects.
Job Responsibilities:
* Community mobilization and coordination.
* Support in implementation and documentation of project activities.
* Liaison with field teams and local stakeholders.
Salary:
* Negotiable based on qualification and experience.
